Premio OtherMovie al miglior cortometraggio
d'animazione
Il Premio OtherMovie al miglior cortometraggio d'animazione ha lo
scopo di celebrare gli artisti più talentuosi dell'industria di animazione
internazionale e i loro film.
I cortometraggi devono essere inferiori ai 15 minuti e prodotti non prima di 24
mesi prima della presentazione al concorso.
La prima edizione del concorso sarà curata da Kirill Gromadko, artista, regista
e studente alla facoltà di animazione alla Hochschule Luzern - Kunst &
Design. La Giuria del Concorso:

OtherMovie Award for Best Animated Short FilmSubmissions
are now closed, thanks to everyone who participated and sent their projects to
the various competitions, as well as the one which will be assigning the
"OtherMovie Award for Best Animated Short Film"!
6 pm –
6.10 pm: Opening of the event with an introduction from Drago Stevanovic,
director of OtherMovie Lugano Film Festival. Presentation of the photographic
exhibition “Sculpting in Time”, attended by the photographers whose work will
be shown.
6.15
pm: The Past of Ticino’s animated films. Presented by Victor J. Tognola, film
director, who will introduce the screening of his animated short film called
“Aesop’s Fables”, Switzerland | 1979 | 30’
7 pm: The
Future of animation curated by Kirill Gromadko. With co-directors Elina Huber
and Jill Vágner they will present:
De Boris über
de wolke (Boris Over the Clouds) | Switzerland | 2021 | 1’36’’ | Swiss German
and English
7.30 pm:
Presentation of the finalists of the international competition “OtherMovie
Award for Best Animated Short Film”. Jury composed by: Kirill Gromadko,
President of the Jury and curator of the competition; Miriam Siragusa, member
of the Jury and artist; Gaston Dupuy, member of the Jury and film director.
8 pm: Award
Ceremony for OtherMovie Award for Best Animated Short Film.
The first edition of the competition will be curated by Kirill Gromadko, artist, film director and student at the Animation faculty at Lucerne School of Art and Design.
